FAR Infrared Sauna

A FAR Infrared Sauna is an excellent tool to aid in cleansing, detoxing and flushing toxicity from your body.  It has been said to aid in weight loss and be especially beneficial for the elimination of heavy metals. Our sauna employs FAR infrared light to heat you up instead of using conduction (through the hot wood) or through convection (heated air or steam.)  Infrared light is part of the sun's invisible spectrum.  Our visible spectrum as humans goes from red up through violet, the colors of the rainbow: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet.  Infra-red means "below-red" just like ultraviolet (UV) means "above-violet." A FAR Infrared Sauna uses the far part of the infrared spectrum.    Though they are both invisible, these two parts of the spectrum have very different effects on the body.  Ultraviolet (UV) light has been associated with many health risks whether it is from laying out in the sun too much or from going to tanning salons.  Infrared light is the exact opposite end of the light spectrum and is associated with many positive and healthful effects.

Regular saunas heat the skin superficially with a high wattage heater, causing opening of the sweat glands and allowing excess water to escape.  The 180-degree-plus heat of the air in the sauna room heats up your lungs very quickly and shocks the body.  Because the FAR penetrates to a depth of 5-7 cm or 1.5 inches, your sweat glands are pouring out water even before the core body increases to the point of discomfort.  At the depth of 1.5 - 2 inches our fat cells are stimulated which causes a release of toxins to the surface. 

Compared to other saunas which only heat 20% of the air, 93% of the heat energy emitted from a FAR infrared sauna is absorbed by our tissues, the reason is that the energy emitted by the FAR is very easily absorbed and assimilated by our bodies.

With our  sauna, you lay down on a very comfortable massage table, underneath the shell of the sauna.  Your head is outside of the sauna so that you are breathing cool air the whole time.  Even though the temperature is a bit cooler than other saunas you will likely find that you sweat more than usual.  The radiant FAR infrared rays penetrate into your body and heat you

up from the inside out. 

Ionic Foot Bath

The Ionic Foot Detox Bath relaxes, cleanses, balances and enhances the bioenergy of the body. The feet are a channel or conduit through which the body cleanses itself of toxic wastes and heavy metals that build up in the blood.  With the Ionic Foot Bath you can assist your system in eliminating toxins, yeast and unwanted debris as the process results in the correct frequency required for the cells to return to a healthy state, because the blood no longer has impurities that weigh the cells down. They become clear and fully charged, resulting in a positive attitude, more energy and enables the body to heal itself.

The process takes thirty to sixty minutes and is completely safe, while immersing your feet in the water positive ions (from the array unit in the water) and negative ions (from a wrist band you will wear) are emitted by the machine, which draws the impurities after the blood as it circulates through the pores of the feet. The vibration frequency of the water will effect the frequency of the body due to the interaction of the magnetic and electric field. It alkalizes the blood and tissue, thereby creating a correct pH balance. 

As the session progresses you will be able to see the water changing color from its initial transparency to a range of color.
